You can progress at your own pace, with the freedom to integrate each practice in a way that best suits your lifestyle. To ensure you stay on track, we’ll set up regular check-ins at a frequency that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

Personalized Support with Options for In-Person Sessions

For those who prefer additional guidance, this package offers the flexibility to add in-person sessions tailored to your evolving needs. Choose from:

Package Options:

  • One personalized 4 week movement program. A one time payment of $50.00
    This includes a free consultation and form to gain a deep understanding of your needs so I can build the most beneficial program possible for you. Option to add a 60 minute movement assessment session for a 15% discount.

  • Level 1 Fitness Training. Monthly payments of $75.00
    Monthly personalized 4 week movement programs using the Trainerize software and app, with ongoing online coaching and check ins. Options to add in-person, or virtual sessions as desired, with a 15% discount per session.

  • Level 2 Fitness Training. Monthly payments of $125.00
    Everything included in level 1, plus one in-person, or virtual session per month to suit your needs. The in-person session can be movement pattern assessment, 1-1 yoga with some hands on touch/massage, guided meditation sessions, mindset coaching, and breath work sessions.
