About Wild Living Wellness

Wild Living Wellness is rooted in the belief that true wellness is personal. There is no one size fits all approach to strength, healing, or growth. What works for one person may not work for another, and honoring that individuality is where real transformation begins.

My own journey has been deeply layered and ever evolving. I have experienced what it feels like to be disconnected from my body, to chase motivation, and to struggle with consistency. I knew movement would help, and I knew self care mattered… But it was not until I shifted my mindset and rebuilt trust with myself that things truly changed. Wellness stopped being about pressure and started becoming about alignment.

Through mentorship, education, and deep self reflection, I began to reconnect with my purpose and inner strength. I cultivated consistency that felt supportive instead of restrictive. I learned that resilience is built through nervous system regulation, functional strength, and a willingness to explore both the physical and emotional layers of healing.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, wellness coach, and personal trainer, I bring a whole person approach to my work. I have seen firsthand how the body holds stress and how powerful it is when we combine strength training, mobility, mindfulness, and intentional recovery. Physical care, emotional awareness, and spiritual connection are not separate. They work together.

Wild Living Wellness was created as a space for sustainable strength, grounded healing, and self leadership. A space where you are supported in building resilience, clarity, and confidence in a way that feels true to you.
